It’s been a bloody week!
As many of you know, we had been gearing up for the 2nd Annual Brooklyn Bloody Mary festival- defending our title for Brooklyn’s Best Bloody which we won last year for our Kimchee & Nori concoction. This year, we wanted to bring something more on the Mexican side. We spent days and hours, pint after pint, and blasted our tastebuds experimenting with spicy, savory, sweet and tangy variations and came up with our Mole Mary- inspired by the earthy, chocolate, spiciness of Oaxacan moles. While we didn’t take home a prize, we had a blast. Some 900 hundred bloody mary fans poured into Industry City in Sunset Park to sample the best of Brooklyn. So come on by and try the new addition to our brunch menu for yourselves.
